Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days after the order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with tags and packaging attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Clear photos of the item if there is a quality issue, wrong item, or damage
Please contact us before sending any return. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
After reviewing the case, we will help provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement, refund, or other assistance depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or style, please contact us first. Depending on availability, we may suggest placing a new order after your return request is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order.
Delivered Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with your local carrier, mailbox, front desk, neighbors, or surrounding delivery area first.
