Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and local carrier processing.

Estimated delivery time:

United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom: 8–18 business days
European Union: 8–20 business days
Other countries and regions: 10–25 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order value, and available shipping method.

If free shipping is available for selected orders, it will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, courier companies, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.

If an order is returned, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will assist you in checking the shipment status with the carrier where possible.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with your local carrier, mailbox, front desk, neighbors, or surrounding delivery area first. You may also contact us with your order number and tracking details, and we will do our best to assist where possible.

Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
